Tax documents for payments, proforma settlements, credit notes and cancellations don’t count toward the Basic limit. E-invoices received over Peppol are always accepted, even over the limit.

Mandatory e-invoicing is being introduced in Slovakia from 1 January 2027. Zoad Invoice already creates and receives EN 16931 (UBL 2.1) e-invoices on every plan, including the free one, and a guide walks you through activation.
Peppol is a European network for exchanging e-invoices securely between accounting systems. One-click Peppol sending straight from the invoice is coming to the Standard and Pro plans. E-invoices received over Peppol are always accepted, even on the free plan over its limit.
After you sign up and verify your phone number by SMS, you get 14 days of the full Standard plan. No card required. Three days before it ends we remind you by email and in the app.
If you don’t pick a paid plan, your account moves to the free Basic plan. Nothing is deleted — data over the Basic limits stays readable and you can download your invoice PDFs.
Issued invoices and proforma invoices. Tax documents for received payments, proforma settlements, credit notes and cancellations don’t count.
By card with auto-renewal, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice with a variable symbol and QR code. You can change plans at any time; downgrading never deletes data, it only makes data over the limit read-only.
Yes, with limits: without a subscription, document files (not your data, and not PDFs of sent invoices) are deleted after 18 months, with three warnings in advance. An unused free account is closed after 12 months, with notices 60 and 30 days ahead. None of this applies with a subscription.
Yes. Zoad Invoice is for businesses and freelancers based in Slovakia or Czechia, but you can invoice anyone. Invoices in a foreign currency (EUR, CZK, USD) with ECB or CNB exchange rates are part of the Standard plan.
